This product is not prone to crushing and is easily manipulated to fill in the imperfections in sofa cushions. Unlike some of the old horsehair products that are occasionally found in antique furniture, there is nothing in terylene to support molds, mildew, or any kind of parasitic life. Terylenes will retain their given shape better over time than down fill or some of the lower-density foams.
