Revitalizing a Bench Craft Sectional

For this project, Elegance Upholstery breathed new life into a beloved yet outdated Bench Craft sectional. Originally upholstered in a dated fabric, the sectional was transformed with a sleek and modern black fabric called "Ivy," giving it a contemporary appeal.

Beyond the aesthetic upgrade, significant internal work was undertaken to enhance the piece’s durability and comfort. We replaced the foam to restore its plush feel and addressed a loose spring to ensure proper support. During the restoration, we discovered that the original manufacturer had omitted crucial internal components, which compromised the sectional's structure and lifespan. These missing elements were carefully added, significantly improving the piece's integrity.

We also made subtle updates to the sectional's pattern, modernizing its design without straying from its original charm. The result is a stylish, sturdy, and rejuvenated sectional that combines timeless elegance with improved functionality.
